Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated 1 January 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Bundlespoppi Interface Labs Ltd covering your use of bundlespoppi.christmas and the ComponentCraft tools published on it.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" then refers to both you and that organisation.
2. The service
We publish written guidance on user interface structure and provide an interactive component canvas that lets you arrange page blocks and generate an outline of the resulting structure. The service is informational and educational. It produces structural suggestions, not engineering advice tailored to your specific product, legal obligations, accessibility conformance targets or commercial circumstances. You are responsible for validating any structure you adopt, including testing it against the accessibility standards that apply to you.
3. Your obligations
- Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
- Do not scrape, crawl or systematically copy the content at a rate or scale that imposes an unreasonable load, and do not republish it as your own.
- Do not submit through the contact form any unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious material, or any personal data about third parties that you are not entitled to share.
- Do not use the site to distribute automated advertising, chain messages or bulk solicitation.
We may block access from any address or network that appears to be breaching these obligations, without prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
All written guidance, page copy, layouts, illustrations, the Bundlespoppi name and the block mark are owned by Bundlespoppi Interface Labs Ltd or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and quote short extracts for internal use or commentary, provided you attribute the source and link to the page you took it from.
Structural output you generate with the component canvas — the ordering of blocks and the accompanying outline — is yours to use in your own projects, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required. That permission covers the output only. It does not grant rights over the site's own source code, styling, editorial text or brand assets.
5. Third-party links
Some pages link to external resources that we consider useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of any product or organisation. Visiting an external site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or modify all or part of the site — including any guide, tool or feature — at any time and without notice, for maintenance, security or editorial reasons. Guidance is updated over time; a page you relied on previously may have changed.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that following our structural guidance will produce any particular commercial, usability or accessibility outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Where liability is not otherwise excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100), or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
If you use the site as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or content you submit through it.
10. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or if we withdraw the service. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] with a description of the dispute. We will acknowledge within five working days and attempt a good-faith resolution within 30 days. If that fails, either party may pursue formal remedies, including mediation by agreement.
12. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
